General terms and conditions for the provision of services by electronic means

Formal requirements for users The platform user can only be a natural person who has full legal capacity and is over 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a gross violation of the regulations. Each user can only have one account. Creating multiple profiles results in the immediate blocking of all associated accounts.

Identity verification process During registration, the user must provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal data. We reserve the right to request copies of documents confirming the user's identity and age. Until successful verification, access to some service functions may remain limited. Refusal to provide the required documents entitles the administrator to close the account and terminate the agreement.

The user undertakes to use the platform in a manner consistent with the law and social norms. It is strictly forbidden to:

• Using bots, scripts, and other tools that automate technical interactions.
• Attempting to hack into systems, modify website code, or distribute malicious software.
• Sharing an account with third parties or using someone else's login data.

All financial operations on the platform are subject to rigorous security procedures. The user can make deposits only from accounts or cards of which they are the legal owner. The use of funds from illegal sources is strictly punished and reported to the relevant authorities in Poland. The user may terminate the agreement at any time by sending a request to close the account to the support department.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved based on Polish law. The parties undertake to first attempt an amicable resolution of the conflict through negotiation. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to the common court competent for the operator's registered office or the consumer's place of residence.
